• Host business information such as business name, property details, photos, prices, and policies.

• To create and manage your Ugaido account and profile.
• To process bookings and reservations and share necessary details between Guests and Hosts.
• To send important notifications such as booking confirmations, cancellations, and security alerts.
• To analyse usage patterns to improve the app, listings quality, and user experience.
• To protect the platform from fraud, abuse, and security threats.

4. How We Share Information

• With Hosts, to the extent needed for them to confirm and manage your booking or reservation.
• With service providers that help us run the app (hosting, analytics, email services). They are required to protect your data and use it only according to our instructions.
• With law enforcement or regulators when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Ugaido, Guests, or Hosts.

• You can view and update your profile information inside the app.
• You can contact us via the Support Desk to request correction or deletion of inaccurate information where possible.
• You can manage some notification settings from your device and email.
